What Colorado weddings actually need from a car service
Most wedding transport pages talk about arriving in style. The real problem at a Colorado wedding is almost always guests, and it is a logistics problem before it is a luxury one.
The pattern repeats constantly here: a hotel block in Denver or Boulder, a venue up in the mountains or out in the foothills, and a hundred people who need to get between the two, at night, possibly in snow, after a bar has been open for several hours. Nobody should be driving that road themselves, and a fleet of individual rideshares to a rural venue is not a plan that survives contact with reality.
The three bookings we make for weddings
Guest shuttles. The one that matters most. Repeated runs between the hotel and the venue at the start and end of the night. Usually booked hourly so the vehicle stays on site rather than making one trip and leaving.
Couple and wedding party transport. The couple to the ceremony, the party between locations, and the departure at the end. Often a separate vehicle from the guest shuttle so it is never waiting on someone else’s schedule.
Airport transfers for out-of-town guests. Family and friends flying into Denver International across the days either side. Pre-arranged pickup is Level 5, Island 2, and each booking tracks its own flight number.
Mountain venues: the part to plan around
If your venue is in the mountains, the drive is the single biggest variable in your day, and it is worth being honest about it.
What that means practically for a wedding: build a real buffer into the schedule, brief guests to leave earlier than they think, and use an operator who runs that corridor routinely rather than one making an exception for your date. We serve Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, Aspen and the Front Range foothills year round.
One more mountain detail worth raising early: many venues and private estates have narrow, steep or unpaved access. Tell us at the planning stage and we will tell you honestly what size vehicle can get in, rather than discovering it on the day.
What to work out before you book
- Guest headcount needing transport, and where they are staying. This decides vehicle count more than anything else.
- Ceremony and reception addresses, including any gate codes and a note on the access road.
- The timings: first pickup, ceremony start, and when the night ends. Departures are almost always more staggered than couples expect, which is why hourly usually beats fixed trips at the back end.
- Whether the couple needs a dedicated vehicle separate from the guest shuttle.
- Anyone with accessibility needs, so we assign the right vehicle rather than improvising.
Book early. Wedding season, graduation weekends and the holiday period compete for exactly the same vans across the whole Front Range, and vans run out well before sedans do.
How wedding pricing works
Rates are quoted per vehicle, not per person, which is why shuttles make financial sense: the price does not change as you fill the van.

Do you provide wedding guest shuttles?
Yes, and it is the most common wedding booking we take. The vehicle runs repeatedly between the hotel and the venue at the start and end of the night, normally booked hourly so it stays with your event rather than making a single trip.
Can you get to a mountain wedding venue in winter?
Yes. We run the I-70 corridor year round in vehicles prepared for it. Tell us the venue early, because access roads to mountain estates are frequently narrow, steep or unpaved, and that determines what size vehicle can reach the door.
How many vehicles will we need?
It depends on guest numbers, how far apart the hotel and venue are, and whether you want everyone moved at once or in waves. Send us the headcount and the two addresses and we will propose an approach rather than just quoting a vehicle.
Do you provide transport for the couple separately?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A dedicated vehicle for the couple means you are never waiting on a shuttle that is mid-run with guests.
Can you collect wedding guests from Denver airport?
Yes, across the days either side of the wedding. Each booking is tied to its own flight number so delays move the pickup, and guests meet their chauffeur on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal at Island 2.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you have a venue and a rough headcount. Vans are the scarcest vehicle class in the market and wedding season books them out across the whole Front Range months ahead.
