What a Denver black car actually gets you
Denver is a driving city with expensive, scattered parking and a downtown core that is easy to underestimate. Most of the trips we run inside the metro fall into a few patterns.
Corporate and executive days. A chauffeur assigned for the day, moving between the Denver Tech Center, downtown offices, Cherry Creek and back. The value is not the vehicle, it is that nobody in the party is watching the clock, hunting a garage or expensing four separate rides.
Dinner, theatre and nights out. Larimer Square, RiNo, LoDo and the Denver Performing Arts Complex. You get dropped at the door and collected at the door, and the car waits rather than restarting a meter.
Events. Ball Arena, Empower Field, Coors Field and Red Rocks. Event nights are exactly when rideshare pricing and availability are worst, and exactly when a pre-arranged pickup point is worth most.
Weddings. Couples, wedding parties and guest shuttles between hotel and venue.
Errand and appointment days for anyone who would rather not drive, including visiting family and clients in town for a few days.
Hourly is usually the right product inside the metro
A single point-to-point transfer is quoted as a flat rate per vehicle. But once a day has more than two stops, or the timings are loose, hourly service is almost always better value and far less hassle than booking separate trips.
Hourly rates include wait time as well as drive time. A chauffeur sitting outside a restaurant for ninety minutes is not an extra charge, which is the clearest structural difference from rideshare. Leaving the metro
Most of our longer work runs west from Denver into the mountains: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, Aspen and Snowmass, Steamboat Springs and Telluride.
We are a Denver operator and we drive the Denver end of every trip. That means Denver or DIA to your destination and back again. We do not run the short local legs between mountain towns, or from a mountain airport into its own resort.
Vehicles
Executive SUVs carry up to six passengers with luggage. Tell us passengers and bags separately when you book, because on a full day the bag count decides the vehicle more often than the headcount does.

For a single short hop in good weather, rideshare is usually fine and we will say so. Private service earns its keep when the day has multiple stops, when timing matters, when the party is larger than a sedan, on event nights when surge pricing bites, and late at night when supply thins out.
Do you charge for waiting time?
Not on hourly bookings. The published hourly rate covers wait time as well as drive time, so a chauffeur waiting outside a restaurant or a meeting is not an additional charge.

The sooner the better for event nights, holiday weekends and peak travel dates, because those are the first to book out. Same-day requests are worth asking about; we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
