Luxury and Comfort Combined

Our fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans is meticulously maintained to ensure every ride is smooth, safe, and relaxing. Each van is equipped with modern amenities, including leather seating, climate control, ample luggage space, and advanced safety features, providing the ultimate travel experience. Whether you’re traveling with colleagues, family, or friends, our Sprinter Vans comfortably accommodate up to 14 passengers, allowing everyone to ride in style.

When a Sprinter van beats two SUVs

The moment a group passes about six people, the question stops being “which vehicle” and becomes “one vehicle or two”. Two SUVs is nearly always the worse answer.

Two vehicles means two chauffeurs, two arrival times, a group split in half for the whole journey, and a real chance that the second car gets stuck behind something the first one cleared. One Sprinter means everybody travels together, arrives together, and can actually talk to each other. It is also usually cheaper than two vehicles.

Our Sprinter and executive vans carry groups of up to 14, against up to six in a luxury SUV.

The real reason to book a van: luggage

Passenger seats are rarely what runs out first. Cargo space is.

A ski bag is long. A snowboard bag is long and wide. Golf travel bags are worse than both. Six people flying into Denver for a ski week arrive with six ski bags, six boot bags and six suitcases, and that does not fit into a vehicle that seats six, no matter what the seat count says.

So when you enquire, give us three numbers rather than one: passengers, checked bags, and ski, board or golf bags. On mountain routes gear volume decides the vehicle far more often than headcount does, and getting it right at booking is much easier than solving it on Level 5 at 11pm.

What we run vans for

Group airport transfers. Families, friends and teams arriving into Denver International together, with all the luggage in one place. Pre-arranged pickup is on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal at Island 2.

Ski and mountain trips. The classic case. A van to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, Steamboat or Aspen, with the gear stowed properly rather than across everyone’s knees for four hours.

Corporate groups and conference movements. Teams between a hotel and a venue, client groups, and offsites. See corporate and executive travel.

Weddings. Guest shuttles between hotel and venue, and wedding party transport. Colorado weddings frequently pair a Denver hotel block with a mountain venue, which is a shuttle problem before it is anything else. See wedding transportation.

Concerts and events. Including Red Rocks, where a van keeps a group together and avoids everyone hunting for separate rides in the Jurassic Lot afterwards.

Brewery and distillery tours, and nights out. Usually booked hourly so the van stays with you rather than making a single trip.

Vans on mountain routes in winter

Worth being specific, because a large vehicle on a snowy pass is not the same proposition as an SUV.

We run this corridor year round and our vehicles are prepared for it. Ask what is assigned to your booking and we will tell you.

How van pricing works

Rates are quoted per vehicle, not per person. That is the entire economic argument for a van: the price does not change when the eighth person joins, so the cost per head falls with every passenger.

Run the comparison properly against a shared shuttle, which charges per seat. Eight people at a per-seat fare is eight fares. Eight people in a van is one number, direct, on your schedule, with your gear.

Rates are on our rates page, and we will confirm the figure for your trip when you get in touch.

Send your date, party size, bag count and destination and you get a firm figure in writing.

Booking a van: what to tell us

  • Passenger count, including children, and whether any child seats are needed with ages and weights.
  • Bag count, split into suitcases and oversized gear.
  • Flight number if it is an airport run, so the pickup tracks your arrival.
  • Exact destination address, plus any gate code, and a note if the approach is narrow or steep. Larger vehicles need more room to turn and some mountain driveways are not built for them.

Book early for peak dates. Vans are the scarcest vehicle class across the whole Front Range, and Christmas week, the Presidents Day period, graduation weekends and wedding season exhaust them first.

Frequently asked questions about Sprinter van service

How many people fit in a Sprinter van?

Our Sprinter and executive vans carry groups of up to 14, compared with up to six in a luxury SUV. Passenger count is only half the question though: tell us your luggage and gear count too, because that is usually what decides the vehicle.

Is a van cheaper than booking two SUVs?

Usually yes, and it is better in every other respect: one chauffeur, one arrival time, and the group stays together. Rates are per vehicle, so the cost per person keeps falling as the party grows.

Can a Sprinter van carry skis and snowboards?

Yes, and that is one of the main reasons to book one. Give us the exact count of ski bags, board bags and boot bags along with suitcases, because gear volume is what runs out before seats do.

Can you do wedding guest shuttles?

Yes, including repeated runs between a hotel and a venue across an evening, which is normally booked hourly so the van stays on site rather than making one trip.

How far ahead should I book a van?

As far ahead as you can. Vans are the scarcest vehicle class in the market, and peak ski weeks, holiday periods, graduation weekends and wedding season book them out across the whole metro.
